Santa Monica College's Noncredit Adult Education team attended a departmental retreat. The team of classified staff, counselors and administrators participated in a Clifton Strengthsfinder retreat, led by coach Joe Darin. Participants took a Clifton Strengthsfinder assessment prior to the retreat. Results of the assessments were shared, discussed and analyzed. Participants gained a better understanding of their core strengths and discussed ways that this information can better facilitate team-oriented productivity.
